To ensure the continuity of your cocktail machine, annual maintenance is essential for your installation. During this maintenance service, all components will undergo a thorough inspection to detect any emerging complications at an early stage.
Our experience has shown that companies with a maintenance agreement experience fewer breakdowns. Periodic maintenance extends the lifespan of your machine and provides a sense of security.
Machine – Basic Package
- Inspection and servicing of connection points and couplings
- Inspection and servicing of pipelines
- Replace-ment of new ingredient labels on pipes (if necessary)
- Rinsing of juices and syrups
- pH value check in pipelines
- Cleaning of dosing head
- Up-date to the latest software version
- Annual Subscription Samsung Knox (for remote assistance)
- 24/7 telephone support
- Advice as needed
Carbonator – Addition to the basic package
- Refilling water
- Replacement of filter (included)
- Replacement of spout
- Venting
- Inspection and servicing of insulation
- System testing
Prosecco – Addition to the basic package
- Calibration and testing
- Inspection of couplings
- Replacement of rubber parts and pipelines
- Revising/renewing insulation
The rate includes:
- 1 annual inspection (including technician hours and travel expenses)
- Use of our 24/7 telephone support (between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, outside these hours, please leave a message on the service voicemail, you will always be called back).
- Insulation material
- Coupling revisions
- Pipeline revisions
- Ingredient labels
The rate excludes:
- Replacement of defective parts
- Service visits outside of regular services
